Kodai Senga is back to pitch in Game  1 of the NLDS against the Phillies!

Kodai Senga had a calf injury but has been training hard to return.

He threw 25 pitches in a practice  session on Monday.

The Mets' manager, Carlos Mendoza, didn't say how many innings Kodai Senga   will pitch.

David Peterson helped win the Wild  Card, but might miss Game 1.

Luis Severino will pitch for the Mets  in Game 2 of the NLDS.

Game 3 and 4 could be pitched by  Sean Manaea or Jose Quintana.

Kodai Senga was supposed to  return earlier, but had some  triceps tightness.

After lots of hard work, Kodai Senga  is ready to help the Mets win!
