In 2000, The Ying Yang Twins stormed onto the scene with their debut album “Thug Walkin’,” featuring the chart-topping single “Whistle While You Twerk,” a sensation hitting #17 on the U.S. R&B/Hip-Hop Chart. Collaborations with big names like Britney Spears and Lil Jon further propelled them into the mainstream.
Cementing Legacy
Their third studio album, “Me and My Brother,” solidified their place in hip hop history with the platinum-certified “Salt Shaker,” soaring to #9 on the Billboard Hot 100. This success not only sold over a million copies but also secured their status as hip hop royalty.
